Our property was listed for a long time and while we voluntarily agreed to several price reductions we were disappointed in the final sale price. I believe there were several factors that didn’t necessarily rest with our agent. The market, condition of home and our sense of wanting to get the sale over with. Ruth was understanding and provided advice and support. In addition she agreed to renegotiate the commission after a certain number of months. She always made herself available and promptly addressed our concerns.
